We booked the hotel because it showed the location a couple miles away from the interstate. I was concerned about the noise which is why I choose this hotel. We get there and it’s literally right by the interstate. I told the staff that and they just said sorry and they had no idea about that. It appeared they could have cared less based on their response.

Just pure NASTY. Toilet leaking water on floor. Room stunk. Beds sucked. Just a disgusting place. But. Next door to it has a 5 star excellent restaurant. ONLY good thing was that.

Clean warm room soft bed nice staff

I go to check out and tell the manager what happened and she just laughed at me. I told her it wasn’t funny and that we were driving across three states for the holidays and we needed our rest and to be treated that was is unacceptable. We are paying for a place to stay and to have privacy. The manager could have cared less and treated us poorly.

It took us over 30 mins to get checked in because the girl was new and no one would answer their phone when she tried to ask a question. We didn’t get into our hotel room until after midnight.

At least the hotel was clean and luckily it ended up being quite. They just falsely advertise the location of the hotel.

Good food at attached restaurant what more can you really ask for from a hwy hotel ☺

Then at 9am we get a loud knock on our door. We we showering and not available. The housekeeper just yelled in “well check out is at 11am.” I said I know, it’s 9am. That was the most frustrating because we had two hours and you don’t do that to people.

About $89/night after tax for a single, non-smoking room. Customer service leaves something to be desired; little cordiality. Room smelled a bit like urine and a bit grungy. (I wore my flip flops throughout my stay.) Staff had audible, loud conversations in parking lot (PM) and hallway outside door (AM). TV was funky, and HBO never worked. Overall, this room shouldn't be more than $50 / night, max.

Older hotel, very damp/musty feeling. Bed was confortable, room was reasonably sized. Bathroom in need of repair. Front desk was pleasant. If you have to stay somewhere on a budget and don't have options this place will do.
