While there were quirks such as a malfunctioning waffle iron and the fan in our bathroom not working, it was an exceptional hotel. The beds and blankets were super comfortable. The staff even took the time to set up our coworker's air mattress on the floor like the other beds.

Chaperoned 7 teens to an event in Sioux Falls. Decided to stay here because of pool/hot tub. Found out after checking in that both were closed (and found out later they've been closed for a few months!). Umm...try bringing 7 teens to a hotel with a pool/hot tub that doesn't work and you'll quickly see the disappointment on their faces! They offered to reimburse us 10% but that didn't even cover the cost of me having to pay for the kids to go across the street to swim at a different hotel pool. Rented 3 rooms...toilet ran/flushed every 5 minutes in 1 room, another room had stained sheets, my room was missing the drain plug in the bathroom. 4 small pillows instead of 2 full pillows. Bright street sign in the back that kept the room lit up at night even with the curtains pulled. Continental breakfast was meh. I emailed the GM (Ash Patel) a week ago with all of these complaints and haven't heard anything. Not very professional in my opinion. Front desk ladies were fairly polite but not dressed professionally in my opinion (sweats and sweatshirt for one lady). All in all, I would never recommend this place.

Worst hotel experience of my life. I was overcharged 282.70 before my checkout. The manager at the hotel is great but her boss is what makes this hotel a bad experience.

Blood stained bedding. Old dirty fixtures and uncomfortable bed. Found mold in our room. Domestic squabbling in the room next to us kept us up most of the night. Staff was decent. It's off the I -90 and convientiant but I'd look else where unless you need a cheap 1 night stay. I don't usually leave reviews but this time I had to.

I would recommend driving to Sioux falls. I will never stay here again. The house keepers do a great job but the management is TERRIBLE! The rates are far to high on weekdays. Any construction workers thinking of staying here don't bother they won't work with you!
