The customer service is horrible. I felt like I was invisible. They questioned my insurance and then looked more thoroughly and found that one out of many did not go through. I normally would of been asked would I like to wait seen that I have them reordered over the phone instead of just assuming that I wanted to wait.I was very disappointed at the service and realized they are not the only one in this town. The medication I need (13) of them are costly and I did have all of my prescriptions transfer to Shoppco I really would go out of my way to get better service. I will give the drive thru the 5 stars...excellent service but going in is a whole different story. Even though I want to play the "Race" card I won't take it personal and they just outright SUCK.

Absolutely hands down, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The pharmacy is very unprofessional, they gossip and ignore the customers. They act like you've just crashed their party. Overall the experiences left me wondering if I was leaving with the right prescriptions. I'll take my business where my business is appreciated!
