Good buffet. Sometimes it's so busy, it's hard to get the food you want because the buffet is empty by the time you get there. The staff does their best to keep up.
The customer service was adequate, at best. The pizza was actually good. The wings were absolutely horrible!! They were soggy and fell apart when we tried to pick them up. They only have one flavor and it isn't a good one. They have potential, and just need the right supplier to get there.

This place was very nice. I just love Pizza Ranch and this was one of the best ones by far. Well stocked buffet, fresh and hot. Nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. Great hot coffee and cold ice cream. Awesome Cactus pizza desert, juicy chicken.
