Google reviews paid off! I bought a truck from Papik while I live about 300 miles away. After talking with them and reading Google reviews I felt comfortable that I was dealing with some honest folks. After traveling a few hours to finalize things, I am very happy to report that the sale could not have gone more smooth. Jim Lutmer and the folks at Papik were very friendly and there were no surprises. I wish I had more time to stick around. My only regret is that they are not closer and I wont be able to use them for service. But for anyone within driving distance -- do consider Papik. And trust the reviews. I did.

We bought our first car from Papik Motors in 2006, and, were so impressed with the experience that, ever since, we have recommended our friends and family in the Sioux Falls area to go to them. For service work, they will come to Sioux Falls to pick up your vehicle — it doesn’t get much more convenient than that! We had an issue with the billing for some service work performed on one of our vehicles last month, but once we brought the issue to management’s attention, they went above and beyond to quickly rectify it. Any business can have an issue arise now and then, but how the business responds to that issue is what will set it apart. This is why we refer everyone we know to them, and without hesitation, we will continue doing business with them. When everyone and their dog has had a horrifying experience with Billion Automotive (for which no satisfactory resolution ever comes), it is nice to know that there is a just-as-convenient, but better option in the Sioux Falls area — a family business that strives for excellence and cares more about their customer than their bottom line.
